The work needs
a room for it.
Art workshops, writing days, therapeutic circles, craft sessions, community programming — book the Studio Loft or Farmhouse for the morning, the afternoon, or the full day. Ten minutes from London. Up to 25 people.
Check availability →The forest changes the room.
Participants arrive differently when they trade the highway for a quiet forest property ten minutes from London. That shift — from the city into the quiet — is part of what you're offering. It happens before the workshop even starts.
Space built for doing, not watching.
The Studio Loft has 1,120 sq ft of open floor. No fixed furniture, no awkward layout to work around. Pull chairs into a circle, lay out materials, spread across the room — the space responds to how you want to use it.
No setup fee, no configuration surprises.
The space is clean, the floor is clear, and there's nothing to rearrange. Arrive, set up for your session, and start. Flat rate — no per-person fee, no minimum spend, no corkage for outside food.
