Choose a cabin, the Farmhouse, or the Studio Loft. Name your time block — 3 hours, half day, or full day. No payment at this stage, just a short request so we can check availability.

We confirm the same day
Usually within a couple of hours. Once confirmed, we send a secure payment link. No deposit model — full payment at confirmation, that's it.

Walk in. The space is yours.
Your door code arrives the day before. Drive up, key in, start your session. No check-in, no wait.

Portrait sessions, brand shoots, editorial days, content creation. The Studio Loft faces north-northwest — soft, diffused light all day without direct sun. Forty acres of trails, meadow, and forest for outdoor work.

Studio Loft Specs

The Studio Loft was purpose-built for practitioners and creatives. Vaulted ceiling, forest-facing windows on two sides, and a seamless floor plan that works for yoga, movement, workshops, portrait shoots, and intensive coaching days.
It's not a hotel room cleared of furniture — it's designed from the floor up to be a working space.

Flat rates by session block — no per-person fee, no surprise charges. Prices are CAD, HST extra. Practitioners who book weekly get preferred rates. Mention your regular cadence when you first request and we'll sort it.

Common questions.
Can I bring clients to my session?
Yes — this is exactly what day use is for. Your client drives straight to the cabin or space, steps out of the car, and they're already in the forest. The booking covers the whole space for your session window.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes. Free on-site parking for 20+ vehicles. Your clients drive directly to the property at 9533 Oxbow Drive, Komoka.
What's included with the space?
WiFi (1 Gbps fibre), coffee station, access to trails, fire pit, and outdoor meadow for breaks. The Farmhouse and Studio Loft also include a full kitchen. Linens are not included for day use.
Can I arrive early to set up?
Yes, within reason. Mention your setup needs when you request — a 30-minute buffer before your session start is usually possible.
What if it rains?
All four spaces are fully indoor. Rain affects the outdoor areas (trails, fire pit) but not your session. The forest in the rain is its own thing.
Can I book multiple spaces?
Yes. The Farmhouse and Studio Loft can be booked together for a multi-space full day. Mention it when you request and we'll quote a combined rate.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit — full payment is due at confirmation via secure payment link. No payment is taken when you submit the initial request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your booking. Within 72 hours the booking is non-refundable. If we can rebook the slot, we'll issue a credit.
The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire.
