We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Handcrafted and custom items may require additional production time.

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for standard shipping within Ontario, and 7–14 business days for other provinces.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

• Standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
• Custom and engraved items are final sale — we cannot accept returns on personalized products.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
