Because each item is crafted specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized products. Please review your order specifics thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or repair if applicable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, though we will do our best to assist with resolution efforts.
