The original farmhouse with exposed beams, natural light, and a long harvest table that seats everyone at once. Full working kitchen for catering setup or communal cooking. Outdoor deck for overflow and photos. The most popular space for showers that want a warm, domestic atmosphere — not a rented event room.

Studio Loft
Light-filled and open — great for workshops and activities.
A 1,120 sq ft open studio with vaulted ceilings, wide plank floors, and forest views. If the shower includes an activity — florals, painting, movement — the Studio Loft gives everyone room to move around. Can be used alongside the Farmhouse for groups that want both an activity space and a dining space.

The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire.
