A 1,120 sq ft open studio with vaulted ceilings and forest views. Ideal for celebrations with a creative activity — florals, painting, games — or any group that benefits from both a dining space and an open area. Pairs naturally with the Farmhouse.

The Property

The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire. Full-day bookings naturally arc through the property. A morning walk through the Carolinian forest, lunch in the Farmhouse, afternoon in the Studio, and a fire in the evening. The fire pit is always included — just let us know if you want it lit.

Base space hire starts at $199 for a half day and $299 for a full day. Food, vendors, multi-space use, extra setup, and heavier cleanup are quoted based on the actual plan. Manna farm-to-table food is available by request and quoted based on menu, guest count, timing, and service style.
Can we bring our own food, drinks, and cake?
Yes. BYO food, drinks, and outside caterers are all welcome. No corkage fee. The Farmhouse has a full working kitchen available to guests.
