The warmest space on the property — the kind of room where everyone ends up in the kitchen and nobody wants to leave. Best for seated celebrations, group dinners, and milestone gatherings where the table is the centre of the day.

Studio Loft
Open, light-filled, and great for larger groups.
A 1,120 sq ft open studio with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling forest windows. More room to move — good for active celebrations, dancing, creative activities, or any group that wants space to spread out. Use it alongside the Farmhouse for groups that want both a party space and a dining space.

The Property

Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire.
