The Forest Meadow
Sunlight through ancient oaks, wild ferns underfoot, birdsong instead of music. An outdoor ceremony you can only get on forty private acres.
Light rain or shade needed
Timber Pavilion
Open-sided and covered, strung with lights, built from timber milled on the property. Holds a ceremony and a reception. Looks better in overcast light.
Indoor — shoulder season or heavy weather
Studio Loft
Floor-to-ceiling glass, forest views from inside. Intimate and luminous. Where Forest Wedding dinners move on cold or rainy evenings.
Full indoor fallback — rarely needed
Farmhouse Great Room
High ceilings, warm light, and a fireplace. The original farmhouse has hosted ceremonies, dinners, and dances. A beautiful last resort.

Studio Loft

Soft natural light through floor-to-ceiling glass, a seamless portrait corner, and forty acres just outside. Ideal for two to six people. Hair, makeup, first looks — all on-site.
The Farmhouse
$600Full house, full wedding-party HQ. · Half day
Multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a private deck. Room for the whole party to spread out, eat a proper breakfast, and get dressed without tripping over each other.

Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire. What's the difference between the three tiers?+
Format, not size. Elopement is ceremony + toast. Micro Wedding is ceremony + drinks reception (no meal). Forest Wedding is ceremony + sunset + farm-table dinner. You pick the experience you want, not the biggest one you can afford.
Can we stay the night?+
Yes, and we recommend it. The couple books any cabin or the Farmhouse at regular nightly rates — no wedding-inflated pricing. Walk to your cabin when the evening winds down.
What about catering?+
Manna by Fernwood Hills is in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way — seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. Not a formal plated service. Menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking rather than selected from a fixed sheet. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences if you mention it in advance. Outside caterers are also welcome — no corkage fee.
