How do I join?
You are automatically enrolled when you complete your first direct booking at Fernwood Hills. There is nothing to sign up for.
How are stays counted?
Each completed overnight booking counts as one stay. Your tier is calculated from your total lifetime stays with us.
How do I use my discount?
Your tier-specific promo code is shown in your guest portal after each stay. Enter it at checkout on your next direct booking.
Do third-party bookings count?
Only direct bookings through fernwoodhills.com count toward your loyalty tier. Bookings through Airbnb or other platforms are not included.
