Fernwood Hills is a 40-acre private property in Komoka — ten minutes from London. The Farmhouse and Studio Loft are available for workshops, creative circles, yoga days, writing intensives, and community programming for up to 25 participants.

When you book, the property is yours. No other workshop in the next room, no venue staff checking in. Participants can move between indoor and outdoor spaces, take breaks on the deck, and fully inhabit the place.

The Studio Loft is 1,120 sq ft of open floor — no furniture to configure, just arrive and set up. The Farmhouse has a long harvest table, kitchen, and heritage interiors for workshops that gather around a table.
The forest as part of the day.
Trails through old-growth Carolinian woodland, a meadow, and a creek. Walk-and-talk sessions, outdoor practice, fire pit at the end of the day — the land extends whatever is happening inside.

Studio Loft
Open floor. Forest in every window.
1,120 sq ft of hardwood floor with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling forest windows. No furniture to rearrange — you arrive and set up for your format. The right space for anything that benefits from open floor: yoga, movement, art-making, circle work. Up to 20 participants.

The Farmhouse

Heritage interiors with natural light, a long harvest table that seats 14, and a full working kitchen. The right space for workshops that gather around a table — writing groups, craft days, cooking workshops, and any program where shared meals are part of the experience. Up to 25 participants.
