Fernwood Hills is a 40-acre private property in Komoka — ten minutes from London, Ontario. Coaches, facilitators, and program leaders rent the Studio Loft and Farmhouse for full-day and multi-day programs. You bring the work. We handle the space and the setting.

Forty private acres of Carolinian forest shifts how participants show up. Walk-and-talk sessions, fire pit debrief, a trail at the lunch break — the land is a co-facilitator. Most coaches say their clients arrive guarded and leave open.
The property is yours.
No venue staff checking in, no other group in the adjacent room, no corporate energy bleeding into your container. When you book, it's your space. You set the tone.

AV, fibre WiFi, whiteboards, a full kitchen, Manna catering if you want it. You focus on the participants. We handle everything else. No vendor coordination, no surprise fees.
Program Formats

Leadership Coaching Days
One-day intensive for executives, teams, or individuals. Full property, private coaching suite, debrief sessions outside. The Studio Loft handles groups up to 20; cabins are available for 1:1 breaks.
Group Coaching Programs
Cohort-based programs for small groups of 5–15. Session-based or full-day formats. The Farmhouse and Studio Loft can run parallel tracks, or combine for full-group sessions.
Somatic & Embodied Work
The Studio Loft was built for this: 1,120 sq ft of open hardwood floor, no furniture to move, forest views. Somatic coaching, body-based facilitation, movement practices, breathwork.
Vision & Goal-Setting Intensives
Annual planning days, quarterly reviews, goal-setting retreats. The Farmhouse long table seats a cohort comfortably. Whiteboards, fibre WiFi, coffee all day. End with a fire pit debrief.
Team Facilitation & Conflict Work
Teams that need a container away from the office. Sensitive conversations land differently in the forest. The property is private, the space is neutral, and there's nowhere to hide in the trees.
Multi-Day Coaching Retreats
Day-return format (10 minutes from London) or overnight add-ons for up to 8 guests. Facilitators who stay on-site consistently say the overnight makes the second day the best day.

Studio Loft

1,120 sq ft of open hardwood floor. Vaulted ceilings, wide plank floors, floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly into the forest. No furniture to move — arrive and set up for your format in minutes. Up to 20 participants standing, 10–14 for seated work.

The Farmhouse
Grounded. For the work around the table.
Heritage farmhouse with a long harvest table that seats 14. Warm, residential, and honest — the kind of space where people say what they actually mean. Full kitchen for group meals or Manna catering. Up to 25 guests.

The Food

Multi-Day Programs
Stay. Let the second day be the good one.
Facilitators who stay on-site consistently report that the overnight changes the dynamic. People arrive on day two already open. The cabins, Studio Loft, and Farmhouse sleep up to 8 guests at regular nightly rates. No program markup.
