A restored heritage farmhouse with a long harvest table, full working kitchen, and residential atmosphere that makes people comfortable enough to say what they actually think. The space for planning days, leadership workshops, and full-group sessions. Up to 25 people for seated work; smaller for boardroom-style setups.

Studio Loft
1,120 sq ft of open working space.
A vaulted studio with wide plank floors, natural light from all directions, and enough open floor space for movement exercises, breakout groups, or a full-team stand-up. Good for workshops that need space to move around. Up to 20 people standing; 10–14 for seated work.

The Food

Multi-Day Programs
Add overnight stays for a deeper reset.
Retreat leaders and team leads who want to wake up on-site can book the cabins, Studio Loft, or Farmhouse overnight — up to 8 guests total. Combine a day program with evening sessions around the fire and a slow morning in the forest before the drive home.
